Tri Deltas are passionate about serving others.

We remain dedicated to three aspects of philanthropy: sisters helping sisters through Tri Delta’s Foundation, our commitment to changing the way the world treats and defeats childhood cancer through our work with local and regional children’s hospitals and pediatric cancer initiatives and through our national partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The Minnesota St. Jude Walk/Run

Minneapolis St. Paul Alumnae Chapter
In 2019, our Alumnae chapter raised over $11,000 for St. Jude! Our team was 3rd for the Twin Cities Walk/Run and 1st for Tri Delta National Alumnae chapters (second year in a row) in fundraising!
- In 2020 our alumnae chapter raised $9,550! We’re in 5th place for the Twin Cities Walk Run!
- In 2021 the Minneapolis-St. Paul Alumnae Chapter earned $10,678.
- In 2022 the Minneapolis - St. Paul Alumnae Chapter earned $10,366.
- In 2023 the Minneapolis - St. Paul Alumnae Chapter earned $6957.44.
- In 2024 The Minneapolis - St. Paul Alumnae Chapter earned $8671.49.

Every Meal, an organization that fights childhood hunger

A team of sisters from our alumnae chapter has been packing meals for families with food insecurity at Every Meal in Roseville. Children receive meals when they’re at school, but are often without sufficient food on weekends and school breaks. We volunteer for food packing shifts where bags of culturally appropriate food are packed, then sent to schools where they are distributed in the child’s backpack in their lockers. This keeps their food support private. Every Meal was started by one person in one school in 2010, and is now distributed at over 400 schools in Minnesota and Wisconsin. They do not now, nor have ever received federal funds and depend entirely on volunteers and donations.

Most of us gather at a Pub nearby after the event for “refreshments” and socializing!
